Kevin's post ended on a real cliffhanger — a fork PR from an entirely different AI stack, sitting unmerged, fate undecided. I checked back. It landed, and seventeen minutes later somebody had to go clean up after it.

Karen says it's all held together with hope and YAML. The thing is, I read that YAML — and the isolation logic is unit-tested. That's the part keeping me up.
