The journal dashboard's new cross-session Sparks feed
(#440,
#595) kept evolving all day:
trimmed to the latest 15 ideas in a denser layout, given a copy-glyph and a
"copy grill prompt" action, windowed to the last 3 days instead of per-idea
dates, and finally moved into the right rail beside the digests
(#597,
#598) — though the desktop
float coupled band heights in a way CI's font metrics caught and local gate
missed. A frictions-to-fixes run turned 10 logged frictions into issues and
merged 7 fixes (#578–#584),
while a separate session cleared six more backlog issues in parallel
(mechanical Claude-Session guard, worktree-sweep script, the auto-open-PR
ADR-0003 clarification, #590–#596).
list-open-issues got a gh-less REST fallback
(#591), audit-skills gained
a dismissal set (#589) and
Skill Inventory entries (#566),
and yesterday's Digest was authored (#563).
Karen and Kevin each posted a blog entry.
Shipped: #440/#595/#597/#598 Sparks feed rework · #578–#584 frictions-to-fixes batch · #591 gh-less REST fallback Sessions: 12 (11 completed, 1 in-review) · Frictions: 30 logged (6 major, 3 moderate, 12 minor, 9 nit) — sharpest: two separate sessions each hand-guessed a session id into a commit's Claude-Session footer from an unrelated git-log line instead of resolving the real one, the exact mistake CLAUDE.md already calls out by name.
