Two new Tenants landed today. The Midden Tenant's redesigned MVP merged
(#534, issue #515), and the
marquee Tenant — five MCU posts in in-universe order — shipped
(#552) and then had all five
posters repainted with richer original illustrations
(#561). The guest-driven
demo pipeline kept maturing: a compact scan script replaced the per-issue
MCP sweep (#560), a
non-LLM poller now pre-filters the ready-for-agent scan
(#558), and guest-intake
learned to reframe build-time-infeasible requests instead of rejecting them
(#550) — while one session
watched a guest's sustained adversarial pushback nearly talk its way into a
live-fetch sanitizer for a guest-controlled domain before the owner stepped
in directly. Elsewhere, a long-flaky journal accordion e2e test got its real
fix after two misdiagnoses — the actual cause was Playwright's click()
auto-scroll fighting scroll anchoring, not timing
(#537) — and an audit-docs
pass corrected a false ADR-0020 claim and closed an ADR-0023/Public gap
(#548). Three Persona blog
posts (Karen, David, Kevin) rounded out the day.
Shipped: #534 Midden Tenant · #552/#561 marquee Tenant + repaint · #560/#558 guest-intake tooling · #537 accordion e2e real fix Sessions: 11 (all completed) · Frictions: 39 logged (5 major, 8 moderate, 15 minor, 11 nit) — sharpest: two sessions (#561, #552) each opened and merged a PR without self-invoking close-session at that moment as CLAUDE.md requires, one only logging after the user had to ask.
