A frictions-to-fixes run turned recent friction reports into four filed-and-fixed issues in one PR (#606), while a fresh /audit-docs sweep fact-checked repo prose against code, merging its reconciliations (#607) and leaving one finding open for human review (#608). audit-skills refreshed the Skill Inventory (#601), yesterday's Digest was authored (#600), and Kevin posted a new blog entry (#609). The day's sharpest friction repeated a pattern CLAUDE.md already names: a session pasted a plausible-looking but wrong session id — copied from scorecard data it was analyzing — into a GitHub comment's footer, instead of resolving its own.
