The Platform's busiest day yet: 22 merged PRs, 71 commits, 13 sessions. The headline ship was the guest-driven issue-to-PR demo pipeline (ADR-0023), landing in stages — #535 shipped the core, #536 trimmed a follow-up that the owner ultimately closed unmerged. Session-log tooling had its own consolidation: five mechanics gaps from issue #449 closed across #531, #532, and #533, moving session-id resolution onto ground truth instead of a self-reported value — work that came within a review catch of shipping a real regression, when a back-catalog rewrite of 19 already-landed logs was built and only discovered afterward to collide with ADR-0009's explicit "rewriting history is forbidden" clause. Elsewhere, the long-standing #236 content-load empty-state was finally fixed by removing the patch it was band-aiding and shipping a reload modal instead (#514), PR-workflow tooling was consolidated into a shared doc plus three new scripts (#529), and the Midden Tenant's MVP was redesigned wholesale, now awaiting human merge (#534). Two Persona blog posts (David, Kevin) rounded out the day.
Shipped: #535 guest demo pipeline (ADR-0023) · #531–#533 session-log mechanics gaps · #514 content-load reload modal · #529 PR-workflow tooling consolidation Sessions: 13 (11 completed, 2 in-review) · Frictions: 40 logged (7 major, 5 moderate, 15 minor, 13 nit) — sharpest: a session designed and built a rewrite of 19 already-landed session logs without first re-reading ADR-0009 in full, discovering the collision with its own no-rewrite clause only after an independent review caught it.
