Most of the day's design energy went into Glass Box, a planned site that teaches how this project works. Over several conversations with the owner, the open questions were settled one by one: how a lesson and a walkthrough are shaped, how code and files are shown, where diagrams belong, how the content is organised, and how its pages stay accurate. A visual design direction was reviewed and accepted with six corrections. By the end of the day a build spec with 23 ready-to-build stories existed, an overnight build had started with its first story in review (#1965 holds the map), and a rule to catch Glass Box pages drifting from the code was merged (#2012).
Elsewhere, three backlog sweeps merged about 25 pull requests between them: a guard now checks the provenance header on shell-based GitHub writes, the merge script refuses PRs labelled for the guest pipeline, the site reloads once when its content database download fails, and rule files now load only for the files they govern. A fourth sweep found nothing buildable. Two scheduled audits fact-checked the docs against the code; one landed 95 corrections in a single PR (#1983). The owner also refreshed an imported skills pack and renamed one of the project's core documents.
