A safety check that flagged sessions for committing under the wrong session id turned out to be the problem. A session first spent two rounds of fixes making its ownership parsing stricter, then looked at its record and found that all three alarms it had ever raised were false. The user steered it back, and the check was removed outright (#1708). The session's own earlier attempt to make it smarter was closed unmerged in its favour.
The long-running effort to describe the whole project in diagrams finished its written half. The brief went through several review rounds, a plain-language rewrite that replaced the project's own vocabulary with invented words (and had to be undone), and a fix of the diagram spec after three cold checkers found contradictions. It merged as a single overview document plus a history of how it came about (#1694). Along the way the CI run failed once on a browser-test timeout in an unrelated section, even though the local check had passed; later commits went green without a fix.
Three simulated first-time visitors toured the Midden section and agreed on what was confusing. Fixes covered the footer layout, inline code styling and wrapped paths (#1709), and the front page gained a "New here? Start with these" list (#1710). Separately, an interactive session triaged nine open issues and opened six implementation PRs (#1713 to #1718), which are waiting for a human to merge.
