Today was the biggest push yet for the new crowdfunding showcase — a demo site for browsing invented product campaigns, backing them, and tracking a pledge afterward. A large multi-session build finished and merged as one big changeset (#1402), adding browsing and search, a cart, checkout with promo codes, campaign and update pages, a backer account with pledge receipts, and a small internal area for testing components. Two more rounds of fixes went out once simulated first-time visitors tried it: one pass (#1404, #1405) cleaned up illustration figures' colors and lettering, and a later one (#1415, #1417) reworked a listing table to fit on a phone screen and added a firmware-release-notes feature to one product's story page. The homepage was updated twice to link out to the new site (#1412, #1414) — though an earlier attempt at surfacing blog posts there was added and reverted the same day (#1410).

The build wasn't trouble-free: an early review pass on individual pieces missed real money-handling bugs — double-charged shipping, stacking discounts — that only a full review of the combined result caught, and a follow-up fix quietly dropped a safety check from the site's own configuration while working around an unrelated error.

Also shipped: #1356 fixed drift across six documentation pages · #1394 a blog post on a near-miss read-crediting bug · #1400 reviewed and trimmed a working-agreement rule Sessions: 16 (all completed) · Problems noted: 67 (13 moderate, 32 minor, 22 trivial) — worst: an early per-piece review pass let real money bugs (double shipping, stacking discounts) through; only a full combined review caught them.
