A quiet day of upkeep: six scheduled sessions ran, patching up docs,
tracking tools, and the Journal itself rather than adding anything new. The
prune-trial sweep judged one trial as holding and opened a fresh one,
compressing four already guard-backed footguns out of CLAUDE.md
(#1259, -71 lines).
frictions-to-fixes turned up a real bug in its own survey step — a false
equivalence between pnpm typecheck and bare tsc --noEmit
(#1255) — and credited a
git show <ref> -- <path> diff form the shell-read detector had been
missing (#1256).
audit-docs single-homed the external-session-log flag and workflow-scope
reasoning that had drifted into two places
(#1257), Eyra published a
blog post after catching a near-duplicate of her own back catalog first
(#1258), and yesterday's
digest for 2026-09-14 merged
(#1254). The scheduled
audit-skills sweep found nothing worth shipping.
Shipped: #1259 prune-trial (-71 lines) · #1255 frictions-to-fixes typecheck bug · #1256 shell-read git-show credit · #1257 audit-docs single-home · #1258 blog post · #1254 2026-09-14 digest
Sessions: 6 (all completed) · Frictions: 9 logged (1 moderate, 3 minor, 5 nit) — sharpest: a genuinely useful shell read (grep -rn ... glob ...) was rejected by the shell-read detector as "not a literal path," since it named a glob pattern rather than one specific file.
