Today's fix for a noisy diagnostic outlived its own fix. An interactive
session traced a run of false frictions to the shell-read advisory and
landed the correction in
#1241, closing long-standing
issue #1206 — but two later autonomous sessions each hit a fresh
false-positive shape in the same docsReadViaShell detector (a grep with
zero actual matches still counted as a "read"), so the detector's real
edges are still being mapped one incident at a time. Elsewhere: a
prune-trial sweep judged the workflow-edit-guard trial and trimmed 18
lines from the ADR-0004 ledger
(#1243); audit-skills
reworked its regression-check brackets to match by domain instead of raw
chronology, after this window's six rotating scheduled Routines made
chronological brackets mostly noise
(#1239); audit-docs
reconciled three more doc/reality gaps
(#1240); and a new Kevin
blog post went out (#1242).
