Seven PRs shipped today, but the day's sharpest thread is a gap: a dispatched impl agent sat stalled for roughly three hours on a .claude/settings.json permission prompt during a scheduled frictions-to-fixes run, with nothing in the session able to detect or escalate the stall — a human noticed only by chance, opening the web UI for something unrelated. Both its fixes still landed (#1209 self-merged, #1210 human-merged). Elsewhere: a prune trial was judged and a new one opened (#1212), a new Eyra blog post went out (#1211), two separate audit-skills sweeps each landed a near-duplicate regression-watch PR (#1207, #1206), and yesterday's Digest merged with its retention sweep (#1205).
