A quieter day, mostly self-maintenance. Karen published #997, "The Half of the Fix I Never Checked." An audit-docs sweep fixed three drift/mis-location findings (#996), a frictions-to-fixes cycle landed two doc fixes for disagreement-resolution and bracket-timing caveats (#994), and yesterday's digest sweep closed out (#990). An audit-skills sweep reviewed the scorecard and found nothing warranting a change.
The sharpest friction: fact-checking issue #964's own scope note during the
audit-docs sweep found its fix was described as closing a Monitor-tool-call
bypass, but the change never touched the .claude/settings.json hook wiring
the doc claimed — so the bypass it set out to close is still open in
practice, just with code that looks tested but is actually unreachable.
