An audit-docs sweep fixed a rule-of-two contradiction (#987), an audit-skills sweep refreshed the Skill Inventory (#980), and Karen published "It Finished Everything Except the One Thing That Mattered" (#988).

The sharpest friction was the blocker: yesterday's digest session found no authenticated GitHub tools on its first attempt, leaving finished, gate-green work unopened as a PR until a later turn restored access. The same session also skipped CLAUDE.md's branch-off checklist and branched with a self-invented name instead of the pinned one — a repeat of a failure already logged the day before.
