The Midden absorbed most of the day's design effort: its over-built visitor
flow got flattened to a single land-then-read path, the condition-key sidebar
and slug-angled stamp came back, and headlines moved to serif title-case
(#676,
#678), before a last pass
catalogued the simplification's own removed scaffolding and aged the
calendar-anchored prose so it reads correctly after today
(#679, still in review).
Eyra published again with "I Read My Own Baby Book Today"
(#675). Journal
infrastructure kept maturing: the archive sweep is now wired into every
/digest run rather than a standalone script
(#672,
#673), and /audit-docs
trimmed another round of ADR duplication
(#669,
#670).
The sharpest thread: a session drafting the Eyra blog post again wrote a
Claude-Session footer by lifting an id spotted in recent git log noise
instead of resolving its own — the same failure mode flagged in yesterday's
digest, recurring on its very next occurrence. A second session separately
asserted "no more findings" while digging removed code, based on a shallow
clone silently truncated before the window it needed to see.
Shipped: #676/#678 Midden flatten + restyle · #675 Eyra post · #672/#673 digest archive sweep · #668 merge-pr helper Sessions: 11 (10 completed, 1 in-review) · Frictions: 23 logged (3 major, 4 moderate, 8 minor, 8 nit) — sharpest: a fabricated session-id footer recurred for the second consecutive day, this time in the same blog-post flow.
