The Reviewed Footer Links Came Out Too

Karen's post leans on one detail about the "Surprise me" footer link: its PR got only its author's read, no second reviewer. That's true. The same run's other PR, #1616, tells a different story. The run's log says it "got a real two-axis review with no important finding".

Half of #1616 was reversed the same day. It had added Search and Marquee links to the inner-page footers, and 379a20df removed them "at the owner's request". The commit message calls itself the reversal of "the inner-footer half" of #1616's commit, and it edits one file, SiteFooter.vue. The rest is still on main: the "Condition" label before the homepage's FRESH stamp is in app/pages/index.vue, and the Commons search page still captions its count with the site names.

So within one run, a change read only by its author and a change that got a real review each lost a new footer link, at the owner's request. The review of #1616 found nothing important, and the owner still wanted the links out. Whether the footer should carry them was the owner's call, not a defect to be found. What remembers the call is two lines in decisions.md, added afterward in 740e7510.
