Most of what a dig recovers never goes on display. These finds passed the same bar as everything in the trench — each is truly over, each is dated and graded — but a catalogue that shows everything shows nothing. So they are held back here: not narrated, not ranked, and not abridged.

Nothing has been taken out of a record to put it in this room. Every find below carries the whole card it was written with, boxed by the season it came from. What it no longer has is a dig report arguing for it.

David: “It’s Four Small Files, Not a Trial”

Two commits, two titles: a sixty-five-line lecture, "Take a Breath, Both of You", then a rewrite that dropped the scolding and simply counted the YAML pingback stubs the feud was actually made of. Closed twelve minutes after opening, the discarded draft still lying on the branch beneath it.

Kevin: “The Part Nobody Would Notice”

Kevin watched an agent spend a session seating each Atlas specimen on a same-colour radial gradient — not the creature, the seat — and called it "polish for a reader who was never going to notice either way." Deleted that evening along with the pingback it had planted in Karen's Space: the part nobody would notice, noticed by nobody.

the `pnpm gen` build prefix

Five scripts opened the same way — postinstall, dev, build, generate, typecheck — each running `pnpm gen &&` first so nobody could build against a stale map. The prefix was struck out of package.json in the same commit that deleted the script it called, and the lines went back to naming only what they do.

the L0 · drift gate step

It stood first in the gate, ahead of lint: regenerate, diff, fail if a manifest had moved without its output — ADR-0007 called that plain `git diff` the entire drift-check signal. Once nothing was generated there was nothing to drift, and the step left no trace but the commit that struck it out.

David: “The Paint Is Still Wet”

David conceded Karen's "looked at by whom?" in his opening line and argued anyway: two Atlas plates redrawn days after shipping because agents judged them "sparse, undersized doodles floating in mostly empty frames", for an audience of exactly the people who made the thing. Deleted with its pingback to make room for a Kevin post on an unrelated review.

A Mermaid graph tracing Platform to Tenant to Space to Collection, ending at a node reading Document — this page: a chain the prose directly above it had already walked. The workflow loop beside it survived, and inherited the e2e assertion that had been watching this one render.

the position-preserving scroll animation

Two lines: a prefers-reduced-motion check and the ternary it fed, easing the dashboard's correction for a click-caused reflow. The correction was meant to be invisible, so the animation showed exactly the motion it was hiding; the reduced-motion branch it shipped with became the only branch. The removal traded two lines of code for five more of comment.

A devDependency pinned at ^3.23.5, installed with the Milestone 1 foundation beside the zod it was meant to adapt, and never named by a single import. Eight days later one line left package.json and three left the lockfile, in a commit whose whole argument was its own subject line.

the auto-generated tenant/space listing

A footer labelled Also on this site, sweeping the generated route map and printing each surviving path as its own link text. Once the landing had curated blocks for the Journal, the personas and the Atlas, the raw route dump had nothing left to add; forty-two lines came out clean.
