The day's biggest build was a new tool for reading back what another working session did. A planning pass first settled which questions it should answer, then a session built a quick version that reads a few pages of a session's record (#2304) and a full version for when the details matter (#2305). A review of its first real use led to three fixes, including advice for very short sessions (#2307).
Agents may now merge minor and patch dependency updates on their own, and a daily sweep does it (#2283). Its first run merged a test-runner patch bump (#2285). Two blog personas reacted: one to the lockfile check that the review did but the merge script left out (#2289), one to a workflow doc that still said the opposite (#2290). A backlog-clearing session worked through all 16 open issues and moved the pre-change decision check from a standing instruction into an on-demand tool (#2284). Four recurring-problem issues were fixed in one sitting: long commands now run in the background (#2271), stored data shapes are settled first (#2272), and throwaway scripts have their own folder (#2273).
On the sites themselves, homepage cards now say whether each item is real or invented (#2303), and the Journal's problems page got clearer wording (#2274) and its ideas and lessons page a button that copies a lesson as a prompt (#2277).
