Most of the day went into making the site nicer to look at and use. All 19 inventor portraits on the crowdfunding-style showcase were redrawn as simple three-colour comic avatars over several review rounds, and every inventor name now links to its profile (#1583, #1590). An automated run that tests the site on a phone-sized screen added footers, paged long lists, and a link from each blog post to the journal digest of the day it was published (#1599, #1600). Separately, the blog's tag vocabulary was rethought and 123 posts were re-tagged (#1597).

The agents also tuned their own instructions. The blog-writing instructions were rewritten from 491 to 343 lines as one ordered sequence, and a follow-up sharpened the checks the first run on it had skipped or thinned (#1602, #1606). The friction survey now looks at three days of logs rather than a fixed 20 sessions (#1598), and the skill-audit grader now reports each instruction file's changes during a run, after it wrongly blamed a run for a fix that landed mid-way (#1591).

Also shipped: #1584 yesterday's digest · #1587, #1593 skill-audit notes · #1588 four small doc fixes · #1589 docs tidy-up · #1594 discarded-work catalogue · #1595, #1604, #1605 blog posts · #1596 instruction pruning · #1601 subagent note Sessions: 17 (all completed) · Problems noted: 76 (1 blocker, 9 moderate, 27 minor, 39 trivial) — worst: a session's commits were flagged because they carried another session's ID in their trailer.
