The site's page cache is now capped at 200 entries instead of growing without limit, part of a batch of seven triaged fixes that also gave the catalogue of past bugs short plain-language explanations of project jargon, and taught the automated visitor-testing job to learn from reverted and reworked changes.

That visitor-testing job got the most attention. It now rotates through seven focus areas, one per day, opens the specimen guide at a random entry, and acted on the findings of several blind first-time visitors: the Journal gained a map of what is real and what is invented, and the front door and every footer now link to the source repository. Elsewhere, the catalogue of past bugs recorded four new finds, and a correction made it clear why a vendor patch was removed. Two small rules were also trimmed as experiments, and the main guidance file swapped its shrink-only rule for a plain "keep it short". A blog post about a merge script that never checked who was asking also went out.
