Six scheduled sessions ran today, and the standout thread was Karen's post
picking apart audit-skills's design: a session mislabeled itself
interactive when its own log said a schedule fired it with nobody
watching — and by the audit's own spec, that category of finding is filed
as informational only, never as an issue
(#1267). Earlier in the
day, frictions-to-fixes patched a related fact-checking gap in
audit-docs itself: its Mis-location check hadn't been looking at a
doc's own originating issue for an explicit destination, which had produced
a false positive against docs/research/rulebook-migration-table.md
(#1266). Separately,
/prune-trial judged the ADR-0004 amendment-block trial as holding, then
opened a fresh trial cutting 15 lines from
docs/agents/github-integration.md by folding two guard-covered or
self-duplicated sections down to their single home, and yesterday's Digest
for 2026-09-16 merged
(#1265). The scheduled
audit-skills sweep ran clean with nothing worth shipping.
Shipped: #1266 audit-docs fact-check fix · #1267 Karen blog post · #1268 github-integration.md prune (-15 lines) · #1265 2026-09-16 digest
Sessions: 6 (all completed) · Frictions: 9 logged (1 moderate, 2 minor, 6 nit) — sharpest: a shell-read-detection guard rejected a genuine uncommitted-diff read (git diff <path>, no ref) as "not a reader command," echoing a gap already logged for the ref-based git show form.
