Eight PRs shipped, most of it a frictions-to-fixes review cycle that filed 8 issues and merged 4 fixes in one run (#1183, #1184, #1185, #1186) — closing-keyword reconciliation now retries once before recording a failure, a dry-run scratch file collision in the commit-trailer guard got a unique path, and session-frictions' triage extract now carries docsRead/subagents so survey subagents stop re-reading full session files by hand. Elsewhere, a prune-trial run judged one trial and held it (#1189), an audit-docs sweep fixed stale session-end.ts references (#1187), and a new blog post landed (#1188).
