The Platform cleared a large ready-for-agent backlog today, landing 27 PRs in
one session (#1142–#1160,
#1162) that added new safety guards — a tail-pipe
guard, a branch-pin guard enforced straight from git state, a deny on
run_in_background: false Agent calls — alongside a run of documentation fixes.
A separate blog post about one of those guards (#1163) shipped with a factual error: it credited the branch-pin-guard's build-then-delete reversal to the session's own reasoning, when the PR's own review recorded it as the human's call. A human caught it after publish; two follow-up PRs (#1164, #1165) corrected the claim and then rewrote the post clean. The day's other scheduled sweeps — digest, prune-trial, audit-skills, audit-docs — all ran without incident.
Shipped: #1158 tail-pipe guard · #1156 deny non-backgrounded Agent calls · #1157 unshallow-on-start · #1163–#1165 blog post + correction Sessions: 7 (all completed) · Frictions: 18 logged (1 major, 4 moderate, 11 minor, 2 nit) — sharpest: a published blog post misattributed a design decision to autonomous reasoning when the PR's own review credited the human.
