Four PRs merged today, and the sharpest one turned self-review inside out. Karen's blog post #1016 traced a frictions-to-fixes session that dispatched a fix for #1014, then tried to formally approve that PR and hit GitHub's same self-approval wall documented twice before — issue #301 in July, then issue #853 weeks later once the landing recipe had moved files — proving a fact written down in the right place still isn't a habit until a session lives it. That same session's own fix corrected a doc describing the tracker's search as exact-string when it's really keyword. Elsewhere, an audit-docs sweep (#1015) fixed a stale Skill line count and reconciled duplicated MDC grounding, yesterday's 2026-08-21 Digest landed clean (#1012), and an audit-skills run found nothing worth changing.
