Six pull requests landed today, spread across small tools and one focused self-correction. The issue tracker's conflict scanner now excludes a PR's own self-closed issues from its scan (#970), closing a gap where a PR could flag itself over issues it had already closed. Smaller tooling followed: screenshot capture now scrolls #anchor fragments into view after hydration (#969), and probe.ts gained a --wait-ms flag (#968). An audit-docs sweep reconciled three fact-checked drift findings (#971), yesterday's Digest landed a day late (#963), and David published "The PR Closed One Issue Out of the Four It Named" (#973).

The sharpest signal came from a frictions-to-fixes survey: three tracker issues showed as "open" despite each carrying a reference to an already-merged PR whose fix was verifiably already in the repo — a reminder that a screening pass trusting the state field alone would have wrongly re-recommended fixes for closed work.
