A quieter, mostly self-improvement day. The Skill Inventory gained a
routine importance grade to distinguish scheduled Skills from ad-hoc ones
(#803) — though the session
found the grade set duplicated across seven places with nothing to catch a
missed one, and a shipped inventory entry had already broken the
never-state-a-schedule rule. A frictions-to-fixes sweep landed three fixes:
a mechanical cross-check that flags a PR touching files an open issue
schedules for deletion
(#800), Co-Authored-By model
name validation against a known-model allowlist
(#797/#801),
and a doc pass generalizing the session-resume caveat
(#799). The scheduled
/audit-docs sweep fixed five more fact-checked findings
(#802), /audit-skills
refreshed three usage citations
(#793), and Kevin published
"The Lock Grew a Second Tooth, For the Half of My Name Nobody Was Checking"
(#805). The prior day's
Digest also landed today (#791).
