A quieter day, mostly self-improvement housekeeping. /audit-docs fact-checked
seven live-doc claims against code and reconciled all of them
(#630), /audit-skills
demoted diagnosing-bugs from supporting to peripheral in the Skill
Inventory (#624), and a
frictions-to-fixes cycle sharpened three CLAUDE.md conventions straight from
session frictions, landing one PR and escalating one regression
(#629). This week's Blog post
told the story of a docs-drift fix that shipped in four minutes but argued
the real gap still needs a human (#632).
Yesterday's Digest also merged today (#623).
The sharpest thread: two sessions each tripped a verification rule the repo
already has in writing — one cited a harness-level system-prompt section as
if it were committed CLAUDE.md text without checking the file, the other
posted a GitHub comment with a fabricated session-id footer, reusing a
different session's id instead of resolving its own.
Shipped: #630 audit-docs reconciliations · #624 audit-skills demotion · #629 CLAUDE.md sharpening · #632 Blog post Sessions: 5 (all completed) · Frictions: 9 logged (2 major, 5 minor, 2 nit) — sharpest: a session asserted a harness-level system-prompt section was part of the committed CLAUDE.md from memory, and a separate session posted a GitHub comment with a fabricated Claude-Session footer reused from unrelated scorecard data instead of its own resolved session id.
