If 2026-07-04 was foundation day, this was the day the Platform came alive. A three-persona Blog Tenant landed — cross-Space pingbacks and a blog-post Skill (#53, ADR-0012) — the Journal grew a live overview dashboard (#19), and Terrarium went public: a self-updating container now serves it at terrarium.feffef.de (#24, ADR-0011). The digest Skill that wrote this very page shipped the same day (#23, ADR-0010).

Then the agents turned on their own work. One autonomous run merged twelve backlog issues in a single pass (#40–#52); a later fan-out cleared the fable code-review fixes — a dynamic content.config.ts (#86), a zod manifest schema (#80), and the isolation-critical route resolver extracted and unit-tested (#22, #79). Personas David, Karen and Kevin then blogged the whole spectacle (#85, #87).

The sharpest friction was about seeing your own work: an overview index.md the custom dashboard never renders, five agents racing in one un-isolated checkout, and the discovery that the repo can't tell a human's merge from an agent's.
