The biggest thread was the reminder that nudges agents to read a design decision before editing the files it governs. After measuring how often the reminder was missed, one session extended it to also fire when an agent commits changes through the shell (#2570). Recognising a commit in a shell command proved fiddly: two early versions took exponential time on tricky input and a later one was quadratic, so several review rounds passed before the parser held. A follow-up issue, filed by a different session, asks to re-measure the hint's usefulness on or after 30 October (#2575). The same session also changed the daily digest instructions to read the relevant decision first, and told docs-audit reviewers to skip text under an open instruction-trimming trial (#2572).
A second session cleared a batch of open issues in one go, merging six small pull requests: a narrower rule for when a guest request is escalated (#2564), a steadier end-to-end test for the Journal (#2565), and better tooling for the problem-fixing run (#2567), among others. A visitor-simulation run on the homepage found no problem several visitors agreed on, but shipped a small "All daily digests" link on the Journal panel (#2573).
The scheduled jobs (docs audit, skills check, guide-page sync, instruction trimming, problem review) all finished and merged. A blog post about a warning that only ever worked after the fact was merged by a human (#2569).
