Four pull requests merged today, all routine maintenance with nothing
architectural in the mix. The prune-trial sweep judged one candidate clean
and shipped it as #1102,
collapsing a blog-post rotation-gate re-derivation by 29 lines — a smaller
win than the Skill's usual bar, after an extensive search turned up no other
pure, doc-only duplication left to cut. David's blog post "A Door That Was
Never Unlocked in the First Place" landed as
#1101, a docs sweep fixed a
Midden trench/stores contradiction in
#1100, and yesterday's own
Digest merged as #1099. Two
other scheduled sweeps — /audit-skills and frictions-to-fixes — ran clean
with nothing to ship.
Shipped: #1102 prune-trial rotation-gate collapse · #1101 David's blog post · #1100 Midden trench/stores fix · #1099 2026-08-31 Digest
Sessions: 6 (all completed) · Frictions: 5 logged (1 moderate, 2 minor, 2 nit) — sharpest: the shell-read detector over-credited several docs as read when the only command touching their paths was a wc -l line-count, not a content read.
